1. Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange an item. Returns or exchanges for items received more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be processed.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of wear are not eligible.
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include:
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected], providing your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label, if applicable.
- Securely package your item, including original packaging, tags, and any other included items or documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the package and affix the return shipping label if provided.
- Ship the package to the return address given by our customer service team.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in processing your order.
4. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you about your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days in USD to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the process in section 3. After receiving your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. International Returns & Exchanges
Contact our customer service for international returns and exchanges. You may be responsible for additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes.
